Each workstation comes with CPU, flat screen monitor, professional headset, dialer integration, and round-the-clock technical support. We provide everything you need to come in and start making calls on day 1. In addition, our facility comes equipped with 2 video conference rooms, full-service kitchen and break room, an IT room and a human resources department.
Our backup systems include generator, independent water supply, and 4 backup internet lines to assure 99.9% uptime even through blackouts, typhoons and the Philippines’ infamous rainy season. We guarantee uninterrupted service year round!
Our state-of-the-art outsourcing facility is located in Angeles City near the main gate of Clark which serves as the central hub for the province of Pampanga. Just behind the jeepney terminal (public transportation hub) and only a few steps from the area’s most well-known mall, SM City Clark.
